Light Wednesday Injury Report Ahead of Week 8

by

The first injury report for the Philadelphia Eagles ahead of Week 8 is a refreshing one.

Only three players are listed, with just cornerback Bradley Roby (shoulder) listed as not participating in the team’s estimated practice report.

Bradley Roby

CB Bradley Roby was the only player listed as not participating in Wednesday’s estimated injury report

Starting safety Reed Blankenship (ribs), who missed the Week 7 win over the Miami Dolphins along with Roby, was listed as a full participant.

Assuming the newly acquired All-Pro Kevin Byard will be able to suit up this coming Sunday, it could be the first time the Eagles will enter a game with more than two healthy safeties since Week 5.

Defensive tackle Milton Williams (heel) was listed as limited, but all other defensive tackles with previous injuries (Fletcher Cox, Jalen Carter, Marlon Tuipuloto) are no longer listed.

A notable name not on the list is Jalen Hurts, who played in the second half against Miami with a knee brace and did not display his usual mobility, but thus far it has not affected his availability status.
