ITB: A Look at the Future of the Eagles Offense
The Philadelphia Eagles offense is mostly set for years to come.
On the latest episode of “Inside The Birds,” Geoff Mosher and Adam Caplan looked at the long-term outlook on the offensive side of the ball.

Running Back
Geoff Mosher: “Saquon Barkley’s signed through 2028…is it Barkley for the next five years? That’s going to be tough. But what the Eagles have shown you is that they can win with a Barkley or they can win like they did in 2017 with a committee as long as they’re always committed to having a good offensive line.”
Adam Caplan: “With Barkley, it’s ’27 and ’28 when you start looking based on structure when you can get out of it.”
Wide Receivers
Caplan: “The question is with A.J. Brown is will he play into his thirties? The Titans were worried about his knee issues, but it has held up.”
Tight Ends
Caplan: “There’s one guy signed through 2026. (Dallas) Goedert’s up, (Grant) Calcaterra’s up, E.J. Jenkins is up, (Kylen) Granson is up, (Harrison) Bryant is up. Cameron Lautu signed a two-year deal if he makes it. He’s a major longshot.”
Offensive Line
Caplan: “At least four of these guys are signed through 2027, yet another reason why this offense has a chance to be together because they’re signed long term.”
Mosher: “If Tyler Steen wins the right guard job, that means the entire offensive line is a homegrown offensive line. I don’t think people realize how special that is.”
