Full Strength
Jobe, Goodrich Available Vs. Patriots
The Eagles will head northeast this weekend at full strength for their season opener against the New England Patriots.
The only two Eagles listed on the injury report, cornerbacks Josh Jobe and Mario Goodrich, were each full participants in practice Friday. Both had missed some practice during the week because of an illness.
Jobe and Goodrich – along with everyone else on the 53-man roster – are available to play against the Patriots for the 4:30 p.m. kickoff.
Outside linebacker Haason Reddick, a Pro Bowler in 2022, is expected to play despite undergoing thumb surgery last month and will play with his hand wrapped.
As for the Patriots, cornerback Jack Jones has been ruled out for the game because of a hamstring injury. Running back Rhamondre Stevenson is listed as questionable – also because of an illness – and remember that his backup is Eagles killer Ezekiel Elliott.
Also questionable: QB Matt Corral (not injury related), OG Mike Onwenu (ankle), WR DeVante Parker (knee), and G Cole Strange (knee).
