‘Top 40’
ITB: How Eagles' Draft Visits Fit with Team
With the 2025 NFL Draft nearing, the Philadelphia Eagles used up their allotted 30 visits.
On the latest episode of “Inside The Birds,” Adam Caplan and Geoff Mosher gave intel on offensive line and cornerback prospects that visited the Eagles.

Dylan Fairchild
Adam Caplan: “The Eagles know [Georgia] really well. It’s going to be interesting to see what happens here with the guard position. There are certain measurables you look at for a guard, but the Eagles don’t care if a guy is 6’6. Fairchild is 6’5, 318, arm length at 33, he’s built like a guard and he’s going to play guard…I’m seeing rounds three through five.”
Geoff Mosher: “He was second among all guards in athletic testing score, I wonder if that might make people think he has guard/right tackle availability.”
Donovan Jackson
Mosher: “He had an interesting year at Ohio State. They had an injury at tackle and they just had to move Jackson outside because they were running out of options. It’s tough on the film because you have to watch it knowing he’s a guard not a tackle even though he had a lot of tackle film.”
Caplan: “He’s a guard and he’s probably going to go in the second round. He’s a really good football player…his wingspan is really good.”
Josh Conerly
Caplan: “Conerly, to me, will play guard and tackle. He’s under 6’5, arm length at 33 ½ which is okay. He’s a pretty good athlete, a guy that a lot of teams like. He’s a top 40 pick, a kind of guy that would not surprise me at all if the Eagles took him at 32 if they stay there and he’s the best player available.”
Maxwell Hairston
Caplan: “Definitely top 40. He’s 5’11 and a quarter, average arm length for a corner is around 31, that’s what he has. Smaller hands, ran a 4.28 at the combine, vert was phenomenal, athletic testing was phenomenal, meets a lot of the analytical benchmarks that clubs have. He has it all, not the biggest guy in the world but he can run.”
Trey Amos
Caplan: “Amos fits, he can play off coverage, can press, he’s long, tape’s really good, really interesting prospect, I believe he’ll go in the first round.”
Mosher: “He played in the SEC, so you’re really not worried at all about the level of competition.”
