ITB Postgame Live: Eagles to Super Bowl After 8 TD Performance
The Philadelphia Eagles are onto their second Super Bowl appearance in three seasons after putting on one of the most elite performances in conference title game history.
On the latest edition of “Inside The Birds Postgame Live,” Adam Caplan and Geoff Mosher reacted to the Eagles’ 55-23 beatdown over the Washington Commanders.

GETTY IMAGES: QB Jalen Hurts impressed with four total touchdowns to send the Philadelphia Eagles to their second Super Bowl in three seasons.
Offensive Line
Adam Caplan: “Overall, they persevered. You have to give (Landon) Dickerson credit for playing through that knee [injury]. He didn’t want to come out, but he had to.”
Geoff Mosher: “The Eagles had to overcome injuries all year…this one to me was the most impressive. When you lose your center before the NFC Championship and then you have to move your left guard to center and start your backup left guard. You saw there were issues in pass protection and blitz communication.”
Jalen Hurts
Mosher: “Have to give credit to Hurts because I’m sure he was playing through pain that left leg, he shed the brace. It looked like normal Jalen Hurts, but I’m absolutely sure he was battling discomfort. He slid when he had to slide, threw the ball away when he had to throw the ball away.”
A.J. Brown
Mosher: “In this game, he ran his normal amount of slants, comebacks, and curls, but that 31-yard pass was that vintage connection that you have seen them make, that was the missing piece.”
Saquon Barkley
Mosher: “Saquon Barkley could wind up being the most successful free agent signing in franchsie history. If they win the Super Bowl, Barkley can become to the Eagles what Reggie White was to the Packers.”
