Adam Caplan: “I don’t want to say he’s a phenomenon, but there are a lot of people who think he’s brilliant and he’s only 34 years old…I’m feeling he’s as smart and as talented as everyone said.”

Geoff Mosher: “Just listening to the players, a lot of them were acknowledging it was time to finally change.”

Cam Jurgens

Mosher: “Of all the linemen who were disappointing last year, with his health as long as the back is okay, in combination with what they’re going to do blocking…being able to move a little bit more horizontally will take some pressure off of him and accentuate his athleticism.”

Caplan: “Him getting things taken care of and going overseas for help, it’s a life decision…Just to hear him talk about healthy he feels, he just sounded so much better.”

DeVonta Smith

Caplan: “I got somebody who’s with an NFC team. He said when the ball is going to this guy, he wins consistently. When everybody knows where it’s going, he [still] wins.”

Makai Lemon

Mosher: “I am optimistic he is going to acclimate in the role he is given, which is slot receiver in 11 personnel…I’m optimistic that within the confines of what this offense is supposed to be, that he is an absolute fit in terms of spacing, catching the ball over the middle, creating yards after the catch.”

Dallas Goedert

Caplan: “If Johnny Mundt can be a good ‘Y’ tight end, Goedert won’t have to be in line as much and he can have a huge season.”

Tank Bigsby

Mosher: “If you have a talented back, you use him…he fits the offense because he’s a one-cut runner horizontally.”

Caplan: “Put him in as a changeup, he looks great every single time you put him in.”
