‘The Guy You Circle’
ITB: Eagles UDFA Class
The Philadelphia Eagles have made official deals with several undrafted players to fill out their 2026 offseason roster.
On the latest episode of “Inside The Birds,” Geoff Mosher and Adam Caplan provided intel on the undrafted free agent signings.

Dae’Quan Wright
Geoff Mosher: “He’s the guy that you circle that has a shot.”
Adam Caplan: “His tape was very intriguing. He did have a right shoulder injury which lingered for the majority of the season. He did not run at his combine or pro day, did receiving drills.”
Jaeden Roberts
Mosher: “Three years at right guard, you like experience there…You bank on those guys being to handle themselves better in OTAs and training camp.”
Caplan: “They needed a developmental guard badly.”
Josh Weru
Mosher: “Like Jordan Mailata, Weru is a former rugby player.”
Caplan: “It shows you have some athleticism.”
Deontae Lawson
Caplan: “He got hurt late in 2024. He would have been absolutely drafted, three-year starter, finished his career at Alabama with 283 combined tackles, 10th all time, two-time captain, graduated with two degrees…The Eagles might have gotten a steal here.”
Tucker Large
Mosher: “Ran him by a few people and this guy sticks out. Somebody to watch.”
Caplan: “Large was a team captain this past season.”
Maximus Pulley
Caplan: “Last season he was FCS All-American. He had great numbers: 10 pass deflections, five picks, two for a touchdown.”
Rocco Underwood
Mosher: “He’s the only long snapper the Eagles have now. They’re either pinning a lot of faith in Rocco Underwood or Howie (Roseman) more likely has another backup plan.”
