Late Round Gems
ITB: Day Three Prospects to Watch
The Philadelphia Eagles will look to improve on their selective success in finding gems on the final day of the draft.
On the latest episode of “Inside The Birds,” Adam Caplan and Andrew DiCecco identified day three sleepers for the 2026 draft.

GETTY IMGES: Southeastern Louisiana DL Kaleb Proctor could be a draft steal for the Eagles if he makes it to day three.
Kaleb Proctor
Andrew DiCecco: “I viewed him throughout the process as a fourth-round pick, but now I believe there’s a chance he can go late round three. He kind of reminds me a little of Moro Ojomo, 6’2, 290, nine sacks last season, had two sacks against LSU.”
Adam Caplan: “He has interesting measurables because he’s not real tall, his arm length is not bad, hand size is kind of small, but he has decent short-area quickness.”
Charles Demmings
DiCecco: “This is a player, 6’1, 190 pounds, ran a 4.4, 42-inch vertical. He has a wirey build, but five pass breakups, four interceptions last season, good ball skills. I like his ability to have that long speed. He has the ability to flip his hips and run”
Eric McAlister
DiCecco: “6’4, roughly 200 pounds, runs a 4.4, has good speed but it’s more straight-line. He has the ability to really separate. Not the most polished route runner, but I like his ability to go up there and compete for the football.”
Trey Zuhn III
DiCecco: “He’s an offensive lineman who was a four-year starter at left tackle, but he’s 6’6.5, 312 pounds, and the belief is that he’s going to be asked to kick inside. He offers center and guide upside and, despite only being 312 pounds, he does have the ability, the power, the play strength to anchor.”
Caplan: “He has guard arm length.”
