The Philadelphia Eagles are set for another primetime showdown, this time against the Los Angeles Rams.

On the latest episode of “Inside The Birds,” Adam Caplan and Andrew DiCecco reviewed the injury situation and matchups to watch ahead of Week 12.

DeVonta Smith

Andrew DiCecco: “Anytime you have had a little bit longer of a layoff since last game and you’re still not practicing, that’s something that’s a little bit troubling. But if there’s anyone who’s going to fight through it who I fully expect to try to give it a go, it’s DeVonta Smith. He’s as tough as nails, has taken some really big hits in his career, has battled through a multitude of things over the years here. I would imagine he’s going to be deemed with a questionable tag, but knowing DeVonta, he’s going to do anything to play.”

Adam Caplan: “My concern is this is his third week dealing with this injury. He’s a skill position player with a hamstring injury, these things linger. This is something to watch.”

Britain Covey

Caplan: “He seems fine. He has taken a lot of reps this week.”

DiCecco: “A couple of weeks ago he was working on a side field and I saw him moving around Wednesday at practice. He looked great.”

Milton Williams

DiCecco: “It’s nothing major and shouldn’t keep him out for Sunday. My understanding is it was a heel related injury, but it wasn’t deemed to be anything problematic. He was a full participant Thursday.”

Kyren Williams

DiCecco: “I think the X-factor in this game is going to be Kyren Williams because I do believe the Eagles are going to sell out to stop the pass knowing they have Cooper Kupp and Puka Nacua. That’s where I believe that Williams is going to be able to gain some ground and that’s where the linebackers and Jordan Davis will be put to the test.”
