Marshall, a 2021 second round draft pick from LSU, has seen game action with both the Carolina Panthers as well as the Las Vegas Raiders.
His best season as a pro came in 2022 with the Panthers, hauling in 28 catches for 490 yards and his only career touchdown.
After coming into the league with high expectations after serving as a key contributor to the 2019-20 national champion Tigers, Marshall has struggled to find his footing at the next level.
The low-risk deal at its best will see the 24-year-old compete for the third wide receiver spot, currently held by Jahan Dotson with second-year pros Johnny Wilson and Ainias Smith in the mix.
