Eagles Part of First Ever Monday Night Flex

The Philadelphia Eagles will make history in Week 15.

Philadelphia’s matchup against the Seattle Seahawks, initially scheduled for December 17 at 4:25 p.m., has been flexed to Monday night, December 18. It is the first time that a game has been flexed to Monday night, an allowable policy as of the 2023 season.

The Eagles’ matchup against the Seattle Seahawks will take place one day later

This replaces the previously scheduled matchup between the Kansas City Chiefs and 2-9 New England Patriots.

In its place is a matchup between the number one team in the NFC with the Birds at 10-1 and a 6-5 Seattle Seahawks that is a frontrunner for one of the wild card spots.

The Eagles are now at six primetime games for the 2023 regular season. It will be back-to-back weeks for the team, with a Sunday night matchup on deck in Week 14 against the NFC East rival Dallas Cowboys.
