‘Good Fit’
ITB: Looking At Defensive Free Agents
In the upcoming NFL free agency period, the Philadelphia Eagles will have to allocate much of their resources to a defensive overhaul.
On the latest episode of “Inside The Birds,” Adam Caplan and Geoff Mosher identified fits for the team on the defensive side of the ball that are available in free agency.
Andrew Van Ginkel
Adam Caplan: “I know he will cost money and the Dolphins want him back. The tough thing for him is to figure out what his price is. He has been an under-the-radar guy, I can absolutely see the Eagles being in on him. (Vic) Fangio coached him.”
Geoff Mosher: “Because he is a tweener, they started him as a linebacker and they him into an edge rusher but he is still not a guy who has a defined position, other teams may struggle to figure out where they would want to play him and the market for him. I could see the Eagles saying this is a guy who can come here and give them a great rotational pass rusher.”
Josey Jewell
Caplan: “He played for Fangio. He has had some injuries but is a good player.”
Mosher: “They are going to find the one [inside linebacker] who slips through the cracks and get on a one-year deal for $3 million and maybe it is Josey Jewell. Vic was there for most of Josey’s career.”
Kristian Fulton
Caplan: “Here is a sleeper, I know he has had some injuries, has been an inconsistent player but he is gifted and is a physical player.”
Mosher: “I think Fulton is going to get a good deal, especially if (L’Jarius) Sneed and (Jaylon) Johnson stay and Fulton becomes the only unrestricted free agent out of those three.”
Kam Curl
Mosher: “He is one safety who I think would be a really good fit in the Eagles’ system. He probably deserves a top of the market deal, but I don’t know if he is going to get one.”
Caplan: “He is going to cost money, it certainly could be at least $10 million per year…the Eagles were not only close on Marcus Williams, they actually upped their offer but it was too late. But it tells us they are willing to spend money on safety.”

Hi, folks.
Could you please add the height, weight and age to each of these player descriptions?
And make sure each includes the player’s position?
For instance, is Fulton a CB? The capsule implies it, by referencing Sneed and Johnson, but doesn’t say it.
As a bonus, you could include their cap hits last season or AAV.
A little basic bio info would make these much more compelling — and save your readers the chore of searching for the info on Google.
Thanks for considering this.
