Parker, just 32-years-old, reunites with new Eagles defensive coordinator Vic Fangio, who as head coach hired him in 2021 after two seasons as a defensive quality control coach for the Green Bay Packers.
Under Parker’s watch, the Broncos secondary had two All-Pros in safety Justin Simmons and cornerback Patrick Surtain II, the latter who was drafted in his first year coaching the team.
Despite his young age, Parker has earned tremendous respect in the NFL, keeping his job despite three coaching regime changes in Denver. He is already starting to get looks for a major promotion, with the Packers interviewing him at DC, per NFL Network

The team was previously expected to hire secondary coach Karl Scott from the Seahawks, but he elected to stay in Seattle under new head coach Mike Macdonald.
