Six Eagles – including three offensive linemen – were named to the Pro Bowl, which was announced Monday by the NFL.

Three were named to the all-star team for the first time.

Offensive tackle Lane Johnson, running back Saquon Barkley, left guard Landon Dickerson, center Cam Jurgens, defensive tackle Jalen Carter and linebacker Zack Baun were all named to the NFC roster.

Johnson, Dickerson, Barkley and Carter were named as starters.

For Johnson, he was named to his sixth Pro Bowl, tops among current Eagles. Barkley and Dickerson were each named for the third time. Jurgens, Baun and Carter are making their Pro Bowl debuts.

The NFL doesn’t have a Pro Bowl anymore. The league holds the “Pro Bowl Games,” an event involving competitive football-related competitions.

The event takes place Feb. 2 in Orlando.

Wide receiver A.J. Brown and left tackle Jordan Mailata can be viewed as snubs, although Brown missed four games among a loaded NFC group that included Justin Jefferson, CeeDee Lamb, Amon Ra St. Brown, and Terry McLaurin.

Mailata enjoyed the best season of his career but also had to compete against Lions right tackle Penei Sewell and Bucs right tackle Tristan Wirfs along with his own teammate in Lane Johnson.

Brown and Mailata were named first alternates, along with Eagles rookie corner Quinyon Mitchell and EDGE Josh Sweat.

Baun became the first Eagles inside linebacker named to the Pro Bowl in almost 20 years, an honor last achieved by Jeremiah Trotter in 2006.

Trotter’s son, Jeremiah Trotter Jr., is a rookie backup inside linebacker for the Eagles this season.

Other alternates from the Eagles are: QB Jalen Hurts (second alternate); CB Darius Slay, LS Rick Lovato (third); PR Cooper DeJean, P Braden Mann (fourth); K Jake Elliott, DE Brandon Graham, ST Kelee Ringo (fifth).
