Dickerson Returns
2-Time Pro Bowl LG Limited Thursday
Left guard Landon Dickerson, who missed Wednesday’s start of Eagles training camp with a toe laceration, was on the field Thursday for practice.
The two-time Pro Bowler was listed as limited, as he participated in some individual work but didn’t line up at his left guard spot during the team sessions. He was again replaced by Mekhi Becton, a veteran offensive tackle who is experimenting at guard.
Reserve offensive lineman Brett Toth, who also missed Wednesday’s opener, continued to be out of practice with a hamstring injury.
Veteran linebacker Oren Burks, a former 49ers linebacker who signed a one-year deal in free agency, was out of Thursday’s practice with what the team listed as a knee injury.
The Eagles also made some transactions before hitting the field, bringing back wide receiver Griffin Herbert, who’s been in camp with the Eagles before, and waiving offensive tackle Gottlieb Ayedze from the Non-Football Injury (NFI) list.
#Eagles have signed WR Griffin Hebert and waived T Gottlieb Ayedze from Non-Football Injury List.
Hebert, I’m told, flew into Philly last night. He’s on the practice field this morning.

In other pre-practice news, defensive coordinator Vic Fangio held a press conference.
Fangio said veteran James Bradberry would work at both corner and safety throughout camp and that third-year defensive tackle Jordan Davis has shown some bend that Fangio hadn’t seen prior.
Look for DiCecco’s post-practice observations later today. Here are his observations from Wednesday’s practice and some other notes about the Eagles.
