Tra Thomas, Greg Cosell Return To ITB

Two new speciality shows are coming to the “Inside The Birds” platform this month, one featuring Eagles Hall Of Fame offensive tackle Tra Thomas and another featuring NFL Films senior producer Greg Cosell.

“Tra on the Tape” with Tra Thomas, an Eagles tape breakdown show, debuts Tuesday, Feb. 8 on the “Inside The Birds” YouTube channel. “The Intel” with Greg Cosell, a show evaluating prospects for NFL free agency and the NFL Draft, debuts Feb. 23 and will be available on both “Inside The Birds” podcast feeds and the YouTube channel.

“Tra on the Tape” is a weekly, five-part series in which Thomas, a two-time Pro Bowler, will break down tape from the Eagles’ 2021 season from all angles, with emphasis on offensive and defensive lines.

“The Intel” with Greg Cosell is a 10-part series starting Feb. 23, starring Cosell, co-host of ESPN’s “NFL Matchup Show” and panelist on “Inside The Bird Pregame Live.” Cosell will join “Inside The Birds” hosts Adam Caplan and Geoff Mosher to break down NFL and former college prospects.

The first five episodes will focus on free agency. The final five will focus on the NFL Draft. All episodes will be available on the Inside The Birds YouTube channel (youtube.com/insidethebirds) and everywhere podcasts are available on the Inside The Birds podcast feed.
